This group is for those of you who wish to connect with other people who are interested in true healing and being.
This is a time where you will begin to understand how to let go.
You will receive spiritual teachings and guidance and be given practical tools while spending time with Shelley.

Sitting with Silence is the original group name that Shelley gave to describe her teachings and to the group of people who sat with her to hear her teachings over many, many years.
