WHAT ARE HEALING CONNECTIONS?
Healing Connections are what Shelley describes as the foundation of The Connection Way. She feels that the Healing Connections are the first and foremost way to connect with her. Healing Connections take place from your own home whilst Shelley is in her own home. It is offered at a distance and regardless of where ever you physically are, you will still receive and benefit from the Healing Connections.
The Connection Way is now a registered trademark it is important to keep this work sacred.
Shelley has been offering Healing Connections as part of The Connection Way for many, many years through word of mouth. The Connection Way is a unique and original creation that Shelley has formulated that is now being offered on a wider scale to the public. No other teacher is offering what Shelley Osman offers through what she has termed The Connection Way. The Healing Connections are ineffable, her Prayer has been written by her and is very powerful, the Reflections as part of The Connection Way are what Shelley sees as essential to her teachings and she started these decades ago and these are unique to her way.

SHOULDN'T HEALING BE FOR FREE?
For a long time Shelley offered healing for free of charge or on a donation basis only. Over the last few years, it was a very difficult decision for her to make, but it was decided to start to charge a small fee. This was due to the fact of being asked to reach more people who needed this work and needed her help. The only way to do that was through the creation of this website. There are many costs that go along with providing this work which now have to be sustained and maintained. Therefore, Shelley has done all she can to offer the gift that she was blessed with to as many people who need it or want it at a fee that is as low as possible in order for this work to reach others.
Shelley has wanted Healing Connection be affordable for all and available to all. Through research, we have discovered that the cost of distant healing can be very expensive (minimum £60 per session). Shelley believes that healing should be available and affordable to all. No one should be left out due to their financial situation. All deserve these Healing Connections.
HOW DO I PAY FOR HEALING CONNECTIONS?
Payments are made at the time of booking a price plan and are set as monthly payments with the option to cancel anytime ~for example, if you purchase your plan on 1st January and you cancel on the 15th January, your payment covers up to the 31st January and no further payments are taken.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE A HEALING CONNECTION PRICE PLAN?
You will receive a confirmation email and instructions regarding the Healing Connections and options for you to choose your Healing Connection day and time. You will also find a video of Shelley discussing The Healing Connections on the instruction page which will provide you with the information that you will need. You will also receive access to the members only area, community forum and other exclusive members only pages, all to help you on your journey of healing and awakening.
Once you join the Healing Connections, you can choose to purchase exclusive products designed by Shelley.
AM I ON MY OWN FOR THE HEALING CONNECTIONS?
Time, space, and how many people involved make no difference to the Healing Connection with Shelley Osman. You will be in your own home during the Healing Connections, when Shelley sits for connections, she will usually have a group of people who she is connecting with at the same time. The group are not connecting to each other, the connection is between you and Shelley only. This time is your opportunity to connect to the Healing that radiates from her. You will receive and experience the benefits of the Healing Connection that you need each time that you connect at your designated time.
WHAT WILL I FEEL AND EXPERIENCE DURING THE HEALING CONNECTION SESSION WITH SHELLEY?
You will experience whatever is needed for your personal spiritual path and it is different for everyone. One common reflection Shelley receives from many is that they feel a sense of calm, a feeling of coming home, a resting of the whole body and soul. You may experience tingling sensations, feelings of Shelley's presence very close to you and much more. Some don't feel many sensations or feelings at all but they do notice many positive changes throughout day-to-day life. You will also discover that what you experience will change as you as you continue to receive Healing Connections.
HOW WILL I BENEFIT FROM HEALING CONNECTIONS WITH SHELLEY?
These Healing Connections will benefit you not just physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, but will benefit you on all levels until your true self is revealed.
WILL SHELLEY EMAIL ME PERSONALLY AS PART OF THE HEALING CONNECTION PROCESS?
No, you will not receive any email correspondence from Shelley Osman regarding your Healing connections. If you book a Connection Call or Zoom call with Shelley, this will be the time where you can discuss and ask any questions regarding your Healing Connections.
WILL SHELLEY EMAIL ME PERSONALLY WHEN SHE RECEIVES MY REFLECTIONS?
No, Shelley Osman will not email or message you personally in regard to your Healing Connections, your membership, or in regard to your reflections. Shelley always personally reads all reflections that you send her.
If you are seeking answers to questions about your experience through Healing Connection or through The Connection Way teachings or membership, we advise you to book a Connection call appointment with Shelley.

IS IT EASY TO CANCEL MY HEALING CONNECTION PLAN?
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time, log into your account, click on the bookings/subscription tab and cancel. How this works ~ If your plan was booked on 1st January and you cancel on the 15th January, your payment covers up to the 31st January and no further payments are taken.
Renewal ~ your plan will continue each month until you cancel.
Refunds ~ No refunds will be issued.
PHONE OR ZOOM CALL - ARE SESSIONS DONE IN PERSON, OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE?
Sessions are conducted over the phone or via zoom online video call.
DO I HAVE TO JOIN THE HEALING CONNECTION IF I WANT TO BOOK A CONNECTION CALL APPOINTMENT?
No, you do not have to be a member to book a Call or Private Healing with Shelley.
HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO HAVE A CONNECTION CALL WITH SHELLEY?
This is a personal decision that you must make as part of your Connection Way Journey. Shelley has often recommended that it is best for those Connecting with her through The Connection Way Memberships to make an appointment with her at least every 4 - 8 weeks minimum for the first few months of their experience of The Connection Way. After this initial time, you will then feel a deeper connection to your inner sense and knowing and you will book appointments with Shelley when you feel you need to ask further questions, to go deeper and to have a greater understanding of the process. The Connection call appointments offer a greater context to help you to understand your Connection, the patterns you are still repeating and how to release them and the emotions you are feeling that need to be understood.
The Connection appointments are highly recommended, they really support the process and allow any questions to be answered on a regular basis. These connection call appointments allow for your connections to be discussed and verbal guidance to be received. Many report huge transformations taking place as a result of the call. If Shelley feels a call is needed, we may suggest you book a call with her.
SHOULD I DO ANYTHING TO PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?
Ensure everything is set up and working well. Please ensure that you will not be interrupted during your appointment. Turn other devices off and ensure you are comfortable. Please ensure you keep to your allocated time. Also, have a pen and paper at hand.
CAN I RECORD APPOINTMENTS?
No, you are not permitted to record connection call appointments with Shelley Osman.
WHAT IF I HAVE LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT MY HEALING CONNECTION AND /OR REFLECTIONS OR ABOUT THE CONNECTION WAY TEACHINGS?
We recommend booking a Connection Call during and alongside your Healing Connections. If you have lots of questions, please make notes in your personal reflections journal and ask these questions during your personal guidance call with Shelley. Some people find through connections with Shelley their questions are somehow automatically answered in different ways. This is all part of the mysterious Healing Connection Way and if this does happen, please make a note of that too.
What is your cancellation policy?
Connection Call, Zoom Call or Private Healing Appointments:
If you wish to cancel a pre booked telephone Connection call, Zoom call or Private Healing with Shelley, the cancellation policy below will apply: When cancelling your appointment 72 hours before the selected date you will receive a full refund, minus the transaction fee. Cancellations less than 72 hours before your appointment will be non-refundable.
We understand that unplanned situations can arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment, but due to re-organisation time of the booking calendar for the admin team, we only allow one opportunity to reschedule once per person. If that happens, we respectfully ask for 72 hours’ notice. If you miss your appointment or cancel it with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price
No shows for your appointment are charged 100% of the fee.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE SESSION HAS TAKEN PLACE.
Connection call appointments have set duration times, please stick to these times and do not go over the set and paid for times, otherwise a fee of £2.00 per minute will be charged. Please note there will be other people waiting for their appointments, so going over time keeps others waiting and ruins the schedule.

Private Sessions

Is Shelley a medium? Can she help me resolve issues with deceased relatives?
Even though people have reported resolution with deceased relatives as a result of her work, Shelley does not call herself a medium. She does not experience anyone or anything as other – she feels a oneness with everyone and experiences all people in terms of her Self. She also experiences the past and future in the present so whether someone is alive or deceased is not a problem with her work.
Will I Need More Than One Session To Receive What I Need? It is possible that just one session could be enough to give you the guidance/healing you need.
Do I Need To Know Anything Before My Appointment? If this is your first appointment with Shelley, then please take some time before meeting with her to contemplate what you wish to explore. It can also be helpful to contemplate the nature of your deepest longing and what freedom means to you. Each appointment is open, in that she does not have a set structure or method, rather she meets you exactly where you are.
Shelley Osman offers a limited number of Connection call sessions, giving you an opportunity to speak with her privately in the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world. All sessions take place via phone call or zoom. Please note - all times shown are UK Time use the time zone convertor.
Will My Connection Phone or Zoom Call Be Recorded?
Yes your session will be recorded by dictaphone for Shelley's own confidential records.
I would Like To Know Why A Connection Call Be Recorded And Who Will have Access To It? Only Shelley Osman will have access to the recordings. They are kept confidential, unless you have agreed to the agreement to allow recordings to be made available to the public via the site shop or social media.
Will I Receive Follow Up Emails After My Phone Call or Zoom Call? On occasion Shelley does, out of compassion, send particular people follow up emails when they are really struggling and this can happen, but in general please be aware that you will not receive follow up emails. Please be aware that you will not receive follow up emails after your connection call appointments, nor will you receive a report about your specific situation. You will however be asked for your feedback regarding the call or private healing and you may receive homework from Shelley.
