WHAT ARE HEALING CONNECTIONS?
Healing Connections are what Shelley describes as the foundation of The Connection Way. She feels that the Healing Connections are the first and foremost way to connect with her. Healing Connections take place from your own home whilst Shelley is in her own home. It is offered at a distance and regardless of where ever you physically are, you will still receive and benefit from the Healing Connections.
The Connection Way is now a registered trademark it is important to keep this work sacred.
Shelley has been offering Healing Connections as part of The Connection Way for many, many years through word of mouth. The Connection Way is a unique and original creation that Shelley has formulated that is now being offered on a wider scale to the public. No other teacher is offering what Shelley Osman offers through what she has termed The Connection Way. The Healing Connections are ineffable, her Prayer has been written by her and is very powerful, the Reflections as part of The Connection Way are what Shelley sees as essential to her teachings and she started these decades ago and these are unique to her way.

SHOULDN'T HEALING BE FOR FREE?
For a long time Shelley offered healing for free of charge or on a donation basis only. Over the last few years, it was a very difficult decision for her to make, but it was decided to start to charge a small fee. This was due to the fact of being asked to reach more people who needed this work and needed her help. The only way to do that was through the creation of this website. There are many costs that go along with providing this work which now have to be sustained and maintained. Therefore, Shelley has done all she can to offer the gift that she was blessed with to as many people who need it or want it at a fee that is as low as possible in order for this work to reach others.
Shelley has wanted Healing Connection be affordable for all and available to all. Through research, we have discovered that the cost of distant healing can be very expensive (minimum £60 per session). Shelley believes that healing should be available and affordable to all. No one should be left out due to their financial situation. All deserve these Healing Connections.
HOW DO I PAY FOR HEALING CONNECTIONS?
Payments are made at the time of booking a price plan and are set as monthly payments with the option to cancel anytime ~for example, if you purchase your plan on 1st January and you cancel on the 15th January, your payment covers up to the 31st January and no further payments are taken.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE A HEALING CONNECTION PRICE PLAN?
You will receive a confirmation email and instructions regarding the Healing Connections and options for you to choose your Healing Connection day and time. You will also find a video of Shelley discussing The Healing Connections on the instruction page which will provide you with the information that you will need. You will also receive access to the members only area, community forum and other exclusive members only pages, all to help you on your journey of healing and awakening.
Once you join the Healing Connections, you can choose to purchase exclusive products designed by Shelley.
AM I ON MY OWN FOR THE HEALING CONNECTIONS?
Time, space, and how many people involved make no difference to the Healing Connection with Shelley Osman. You will be in your own home during the Healing Connections, when Shelley sits for connections, she will usually have a group of people who she is connecting with at the same time. The group are not connecting to each other, the connection is between you and Shelley only. This time is your opportunity to connect to the Healing that radiates from her. You will receive and experience the benefits of the Healing Connection that you need each time that you connect at your designated time.
WHAT WILL I FEEL AND EXPERIENCE DURING THE HEALING CONNECTION SESSION WITH SHELLEY?
You will experience whatever is needed for your personal spiritual path and it is different for everyone. One common reflection Shelley receives from many is that they feel a sense of calm, a feeling of coming home, a resting of the whole body and soul. You may experience tingling sensations, feelings of Shelley's presence very close to you and much more. Some don't feel many sensations or feelings at all but they do notice many positive changes throughout day-to-day life. You will also discover that what you experience will change as you as you continue to receive Healing Connections.
HOW WILL I BENEFIT FROM HEALING CONNECTIONS WITH SHELLEY?
These Healing Connections will benefit you not just physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, but will benefit you on all levels until your true self is revealed.
WILL SHELLEY EMAIL ME PERSONALLY AS PART OF THE HEALING CONNECTION PROCESS?
No, you will not receive any email correspondence from Shelley Osman regarding your Healing connections. If you book a Connection Call or Zoom call with Shelley, this will be the time where you can discuss and ask any questions regarding your Healing Connections.
WILL SHELLEY EMAIL ME PERSONALLY WHEN SHE RECEIVES MY REFLECTIONS?
No, Shelley Osman will not email or message you personally in regard to your Healing Connections, your membership, or in regard to your reflections. Shelley always personally reads all reflections that you send her.

IS IT EASY TO CANCEL MY HEALING CONNECTION PLAN?
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time, log into your account, click on the bookings/subscription tab and cancel. How this works ~ If your plan was booked on 1st January and you cancel on the 15th January, your payment covers up to the 31st January and no further payments are taken.
Renewal ~ your plan will continue each month until you cancel.
Refunds ~ No refunds will be issued.
PHONE OR ZOOM CALL - ARE SESSIONS DONE IN PERSON, OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE?
Sessions are conducted over the phone or via zoom online video call.
