HATHA & YIN YOGA CLASS STYLE What to expect: A CALMING YOGA CLASS...FOCUSING ON THE 'YIN' YOGA STYLE, WITH MEDITATION AND RELAXATION AT THE END. A guided yoga class, every week working on a slightly different sequence of 'Yin postures ' that will evolve and suit all levels, with lovely background music. This yoga is designed to calm the mind, it's helps one to deeply connect with the body compassionately and meditatively. Still challenging the body. It tones the body, helps the body to become more flexible and supple, working energetically on balancing the kidney, liver, gall bladder and urinary tract. An energising, cleansing, healing style of yoga that goes deeply into the skeletal structure of the body to help with aches and pains and heal and prevent injuries as we hold several postures for set times. This yoga ends with a beautiful relaxation. It's an amazing style of yoga, which will suit all levels and for those who feel they'd like to have a calmer approach in yoga, yet it will still challenge you then this is for you. Yin Yoga is the practice of long-held, deeply relaxing ‘stretching’ poses that unblock the energy pathways of the body and enhance the organ systems, restoring joint mobility too. The technique also activates and gathers Prana (life force) and releases stuck emotional and physical trauma in the body. Most forms of yoga today are active practices, designed to work only half the body, the muscular half, 'yang' tissues. Yin yoga allows us to work the other half, the deeper 'yin' tissues of our joints, deep fascial networks, ligaments and bones.
Phone/Zoom Call/1-2-1 Healing Connection With Shelley ~ To cancel a telephone/Zoom call or 1-2-1 Healing Connection with Shelley the cancellation policy below will apply: When cancelling your appointment 48 hours before the selected date you will receive a full refund, minus the transaction fee such as Paypal or Stripe. If you miss your appointment or cancel it with less than 48 hours’ notice your appointment will be non-refundable. No shows for your appointment are charged 100% of the fee. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day; if you do not show up; or if you leave a call early for any reason. No refund will be given after the session has taken place. No refund will be available if you attend and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content. When booking a block of appointments (i.e 2 or more) for either phone calls or 1-2-1 appointments with Shelley, please note that an expiry date of 3 months from the date of purchase will apply and therefore must be used within that period as they will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you wish to reschedule your appointment: We understand that unplanned situations can arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment, but due to re-organisation time of the booking calendar for the admin team, we only allow one opportunity to reschedule once per person. If that happens, we respectfully ask for 48 hours’ notice. If you have any questions regarding booking please contact us at email@example.com Yoga Class Block Bookings ~ When you sign up and pay for a block of classes, you are securing your mat space on that specific class each week (e.g every Monday 6:30-7:45pm), for the duration of the block (the length of the blocks change). The block of classes are self contained. No refunds are offered if you miss a class. You can not ‘carry over’ missed classes to the next block. If there is space in another class for you to attend as a ‘catch up’ during the same block, you are welcome to do so. If you cannot attend a class, please do let me know asap in case someone is on the waiting list. Yoga Drop-In~ Must be pre booked. For Ashtanga a payment of £17.50 is required, for Yoga For All a payment of £17.50 is required for a ‘drop in’ yoga class. This payment in non refundable.
