It is an evening designed for anyone who is looking for peace, relaxation, Healing, more clarity and calmness in their lives. An evening to indulge yourself in the energies of Healing, rest, self nurture & kindness towards yourself through guided meditation, Healing, relaxations and Shelley's blissful "Deep Rest".
