HEALING CONNECTION

To join the Healing Connections you are required to sign up to a Connection Way Membership. Once you commit to receiving Healing Connections you will be on Shelley's healing list and you will be given options of days and times for you to choose one that suits you to receive your healing. We recommend committing to receiving a minimum of 3 months of Healing Connection so that you benefit fully.​

Booking: 

  1. Go to The Connection Way Membership page

  2. Choose the Membership that suits you. 

  3. You will be asked to “sign up” to purchase the membership.

  4. Once signed up and payment has been made you will receive an email asking you to confirm the day and time that you would like for your healing connections. In this email you will get a link to your healing connection instructions which will guide you through your next steps including a Health Questionnaire which must be completed in full for you to join (you need only complete these once but please keep us updated of any changes). You will need to send in or upload a photo of yourself, print off the Healing Prayer for you to read before each connection and print the Journal in order to write how you are feeling, changes in health, miracles that take place. 

Cancellation of Healing Connections

Membership

Cancellation - You can cancel your membership at any time, please email us at info@shelleyosman.com and request this or you can cancel your membership by going to your account and cancelling there. If you wish to cancel your payment plan please go to the members area and log into your account. If you cancel your plan eg. in the middle of January (and you started the plan on 1st January), the plan continues until the end of January, but does not recur in the following months, therefore no further payments are taken.

 

You will not receive a refund for Healing Connections that you have purchased (this includes the healing connections) or a transfer of any kind to any other service or product offered on the Shelleyosman.com site that you have purchased (this includes the healing connections). For example; If you cancel half way through the month you will not receive a refund for the rest of the month that has been paid for, this plan is non transferable to yourself or to anybody else.

 

Shelley Osman ~ The Connection Way ® has the right to refuse your membership, they also have the right to cancel it. This is also the case if you do not abide by the Terms and Conditions and codes of conduct for example within the forum.

 

Connection Telephone Call

Booking: 

book your Guidance Telephone Call go to our Personal Connection Appointment on the services page.

  1. Choose a suitable day, time and make payment.

  2. Once payment has been made you will receive an email with a link to our Health Questionnaire, which in order to join the Guidance Call, must be completed in full (you need only complete these once but please keep us updated of any changes) upon receipt your booking will be confirmed. 

  3. You will receive via email your Guidance Telephone Call instructions.

Cancellation of Connection call

When cancelling your appointment 72 hours before the selected date, you will receive a refund through paypal. Cancellations less than 72 hours before will be deducted a fee. This fee is 50% of your session payment.

Personal Connection Call Appointment: If you wish to cancel a pre booked telephone Connection call with Shelley, the cancellation policy below will apply:

 

Connection call appointments have set duration times, please stick to these times and do not go over the set and paid for times, otherwise a fee may be charged. Please note there will be other people waiting for their appointments, so going over time keeps others waiting and ruins the schedule for them.  

 

Payments are non-refundable. We understand that unplanned situations can arise, and you may need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for 72 hours’ notice.  If you miss your appointment or cancel it with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price unless there is an emergency. In which case, on your first call cancellation you will be offered an alternative date & time for your call minus a £10 admin fee. If you cancel for a second time with less than 72 hours’ notice, no refund or alternative day is offered unless there is a very serious emergency e.g. the loss of a loved one. If you cancel with more than 72 hours’ notice then a refund minus a £10 admin fee is charged.

 

When one does not attend a scheduled appointment, another person loses the opportunity.

 

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE SESSION HAS TAKEN PLACE.

GUIDANCE MEETING (ONLINE VIDEO CALL)

Booking: 

  1. To book your Online Guidance Meeting go to our Personal Connection Appointment services page and choose the Online Guidance Meeting service tab.

  2. Choose a suitable day and time and make payment. 

  3. Once payment has been made you will receive an email with a link to our Health Questionnaire, which in order to join the Guidance Meeting, must be completed in full (you need only complete these once but please keep us updated of any changes) upon receipt your booking will be confirmed. 

  4. You will also receive instructions including how to set up a Zoom account if you don’t have one already and a zoom meeting link for you to use to attend your meeting on the chosen day and time. 

  5. You will receive via email your booking confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS FOR GUIDANCE MEETING:

​We at Shelley Osman ~ The Connection Way reserve the right to cancel any event, retreat or online service or programme at any time and if this happens you will receive a full refund.

​If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours prior to the start of your guidance meeting, we offer a full refund (minus any booking fee eg such as Eventbrite booking fee or a payment fee such as paypal/stripe etc). If you cancel less than 72 hours before the guidance call begins we regret that we cannot issue refunds.

  • Contact us to request a refund.

  • Online Guidance Meeting bookings fees such as Eventbrite's or payment fees such as Paypal or Stripe are non refundable.

  • Online Guidance Video Meeting fees are not transferable to other people.

  • No refunds will be offered for no shows or cancellations made once the guidance meeting start time has begun.

ONLINE EVENTS

Booking: 

  1. To book your Online Event go to our events page and find the event you wish to join.

  2. Join and make your payment.

  3. Once payment has been made you will receive an email asking you to complete a Health Questionnaire which in order to join the Guidance Meeting this must be completed in full (you need only complete these once but please keep us updated of any changes) upon receipt your booking will be confirmed. 

  4. You will receive your booking confirmation and instructions via email.

 

Cancellation CANCELLATIONS FOR EVENTS:

​We at Shelley Osman ~ The Connection Way reserve the right to cancel any event, retreat or online service or programme at any time and if this happens you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation and full refund is possible up to 14 days before the event

  • ​Any booking within 14 days of the event requires immediate payment in full and is completely non refundable.

  • ​Any refunds issued will be minus the PayPal fee. (This is out of our control as PayPal do not refund their fee).

If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours prior to the start of the event, we offer a full refund (minus any booking fee eg such as Eventbrite booking fee). If you cancel less than 72 hours before the event begins we regret that we cannot issue refunds.

  • Contact us to request a refund.

  • Event bookings fees such as Eventbrite's are non refundable.

  • Event fees are not transferable to other people.

  • No refunds will be offered for no shows or cancellations made once the event has started.

RETREAT

Booking: 

  1. To book your Retreat go to our retreat page and find the one you wish to join.

  2. Make your payment.

  3.  Once payment has been made you will receive an email with a link to our Health Questionnaire, which in order to join the Guidance Meeting, must be completed in full (you need only complete these once but please keep us updated of any changes) upon receipt your booking will be confirmed. 

  4. You will receive your booking confirmation via email.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a Retreat Registration Form and payment of a deposit £150 or in full.

Payment in full is required three months before the retreat.

Cancellation of Retreats:

We at Shelley Osman ~ The Connection Way reserve the right to cancel any event, retreat or online service or programme at any time and if this happens you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel

  • more than 3 months ahead of the retreat, we will refund your deposit minus a £50 admin fee.

  • within 3 months of the retreat, we will refund your payment, minus your full £150 deposit.

  • within 6 weeks of the retreat, we do not offer refunds. The only time refunds will be considered is if you can provide valid documentation that you have had a medical or health emergency. If we feel this is genuine, we will then transfer your retreat fee amount minus admin charge of £50. This refund will be a gift voucher to be used on any other of Shelley’s retreats and events within a year from the date of the cancellation.
